The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) commanded us (to recite) when we sit in the middle of the prayer or at its end before the salutation: The adorations of the tongue, all good things, acts of worship, and the Kingdom are due to Allah. Then give salutation to the right side; then salute your reciter (i.e. the imam) and yourselves. Abu Dawud said: Sulaiman bin Musa hails from Kufah and he lives in Damascus. Abu Dawud said: This collection of traditions indicates that al-Hasan (al-Basri) heard traditions from Samurah (bin Jundub).

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ہمیں حکم دیا کہ جب نماز کے درمیان میں ہو یا اس کے آخر میں، سلام سے پہلے یہ کہہ کر شروع کریں: "سب سلام، دعا اور بادشاہی اللہ ہی کے لیے ہے۔" پھر دائیں طرف سلام کہو، پھر اپنے قاری کو اور اپنے آپ کو سلام کہو۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: سلیمان بن موسیٰ اصل میں کوفہ کے رہنے والے تھے اور دمشق میں رہتے تھے۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: یہ سند اس بات پر دلالت کرتی ہے کہ حسن نے سمرہ سے سنا۔
