The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم came to us while we were reciting the Quran, and there were among us bedouins and the non-Arabs. He said: Recite, all is well. In the near future there will appear people who will straighten it (the Quran) as an arrow is straightened. They will recite it quickly and not slowly (or it means that they will get the reward in this world and not in the Hereafter).

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ہمارے پاس تشریف لائے اور ہم لوگ قرآن پڑھ رہے تھے اور ہم میں بدوی بھی تھے اور عجمی بھی، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: پڑھو سب ٹھیک ہے عنقریب کچھ ایسے لوگ آئیں گے جو اسے ( یعنی قرآن کے الفاظ و کلمات کو ) اسی طرح درست کریں گے جیسے تیر درست کیا جاتا ہے ( یعنی تجوید و قرآت میں مبالغہ کریں گے ) اور اسے ٹھہر ٹھہر کر پڑھنے کے بجائے جلدی جلدی پڑھیں گے ۔
