The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: Both hands prostrate as the face prostrates. When one of you puts his face (on the ground) he should put his hands too (on the ground). And when he raises it, he should raise them too.

HadithAPI (Urdu)

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: بیشک دونوں ہاتھ سجدہ کرتے ہیں جیسے چہرہ سجدہ کرتا ہے، تو جب تم میں سے کوئی اپنا چہرہ زمین پر رکھے تو چاہیئے کہ دونوں ہاتھ بھی رکھے اور جب چہرہ اٹھائے تو چاہیئے کہ انہیں بھی اٹھائے ۔
