حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْأَحْوَصِ يُحَدِّثُنَا فِي مَجْلِسِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، قَالَ: قَالَ أَبُو ذَرٍّ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: لَا يَزَالُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ مُقْبِلًا عَلَى الْعَبْدِ وَهُوَ فِي صَلَاتِهِ مَا لَمْ يَلْتَفِتْ، فَإِذَا الْتَفَتَ انْصَرَفَ عَنْهُ .

The Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said: Allah, the Most High, continues to turn favourably towards a servant while he is engaged in prayer as long as he does not look to the side (by turning the neck), but if he does so, He turns away from him.

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا ارشاد ہے: اللہ تعالیٰ حالت نماز میں بندے پر اس وقت تک متوجہ رہتا ہے جب تک کہ وہ ادھر ادھر نہیں دیکھتا ہے، پھر جب وہ ادھر ادھر دیکھنے لگتا ہے تو اللہ تعالیٰ اس سے منہ پھیر لیتا ہے ۔
