From the prophet ﷺ, regarding the one who approaches his wife while she is menstruating. He said: "He should give one Dinar, in charity." Abu Dawood said: This is how the correct wording for the narration is: "one Dinar or half a Dinar." And perhaps Shubah (a narrators in the chain) did not narrate it in a Marfu' form.

انہوں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے بیان کیا، جب کہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو اپنی بیوی سے صلہ رحمی کرنے والے کے بارے میں بیان کیا ہے۔ فرمایا:وہ ایک دینار یا آدھا دینار صدقہ کرتا ہے۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: یہ صحیح ہے، انہوں نے کہا: ایک دینار یا آدھا دینار۔ شاید شعبہ نے اسے نہیں اٹھایا۔
