حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ زِيَادٍ الْأَعْلَمِ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دَخَلَ فِي صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ، فَأَوْمَأَ بِيَدِهِ أَنْ مَكَانَكُمْ، ثُمَّ جَاءَ وَرَأْسُهُ يَقْطُرُ، فَصَلَّى بِهِمْ .

The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم began to lead (the people) in the dawn prayer. He then signalled with his hand: (Stay) at your places. (Then he entered his home). He then returned while drops of water were coming down from him (from his body) and he led them in prayer.

( ایک دن ) رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فجر پڑھانی شروع کر دی، پھر ہاتھ سے اشارہ کیا کہ تم سب لوگ اپنی جگہ پر رہو، ( پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم وہاں سے گھر تشریف لے گئے، غسل فرما کر ) واپس آئے، تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے سر سے پانی ٹپک رہا تھا، اس کے بعد آپ نے انہیں نماز پڑھائی۔
