وَحَدَّثَنِي عَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: أُرَاهُ مَرْفُوعًا، قَالَ: ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللهُ وَلَا يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ: رَجُلٌ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ بَعْدَ صَلَاةِ الْعَصْرِ عَلَى مَالِ مُسْلِمٍ فَاقْتَطَعَهُ وَبَاقِي حَدِيثِهِ نَحْوُ حَدِيثِ الْأَعْمَشِ.

He (the Messenger of Allah ﷺ) observed: Three are the persons with whom Allah would neither speak (on the Day of Resurrection) nor would He look at them, and there would be a painful chastisement for them, a person who took an oath on the goods of a Muslim in the afternoon and then broke it. The rest of the hadith is the same as narrated by A'mash.

آپ نے فرمایا : ’’تین ( قسم کے لوگ ) ہیں جن سے اللہ بات کرےگا نہ ان کی طرف دیکھے گا اور ان کے لیے دردناک عذاب ہے ، ایک آدمی جس نے عصر کے بعد مسلمان کے مال کے لیے قسم اٹھائی اور اس کا حق مار لیا ۔ ‘ ‘ حدیث کاباقی حصہ اعمش کی حدیث جیسا ہے ۔
