حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، وَوَكِيعٌ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ شَقِيقٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ - قَالَ وَكِيعٌ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَقَالَ ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ مَاتَ يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ النَّارَ»، وَقُلْتُ أَنَا: «وَمَنْ مَاتَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِاللهِ شَيْئًا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ».

The Messenger of Allah had observed and Ibn Numair asserted: I heard the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) saying: He who dies associating anything with Allah would enter the Fire (of Hell). 'Abdullah b. Mas'ud said: I say that he who died without associating anything with Allah entered Paradise.

رسول اللہﷺ نے فرمایا : ’’ اور عبد اللہ بن نمیر نے کہا : عبد اللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا : میں نے رسول اللہﷺ سے سنا ) آپ فرما رہے تھے : ’’جو شخص اس حالت میں مرا کہ وہ اللہ کے ساتھ کسی چیز کو شریک ٹھہراتا تھا ، وہ آگ میں داخل ہو گا ۔ ‘ ‘ اور میں ( عبد اللہ ) نے کہا : جو اس حالت میں مرا کہ وہ اللہ کے شرک نہ کرتا تھا ، وہ جنت میں داخل ہو گا ۔
