حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ شُرَيْحِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: كُنْتُ أَتَعَرَّقُ الْعَظْمَ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ، فَيَأْخُذُهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَيَضَعُ فَمَهُ حَيْثُ كَانَ فَمِي، وَأَشْرَبُ مِنَ الْإِنَاءِ، فَيَأْخُذُهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَيَضَعُ فَمَهُ حَيْثُ كَانَ فَمِي وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ .

I used to eat the meat from a bone when I was menstruating, then the Messenger of Allah would take it and put his mouth where my mouth had been. And I would drink from a vessel, and the Messenger of Allah would take it and put his mouth where my mouth had been, and I was menstruating.

میں حالت حیض میں ہڈی چوستی تھی، پھر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اسے لیتے اور اپنا منہ وہیں رکھتے جہاں میں نے رکھا تھا، اور میں برتن سے پانی پیتی تھی، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اسے لیتے اور اپنا منہ وہیں رکھتے جہاں میں نے رکھا تھا، حالانکہ میں حیض کی حالت میں ہوتی ۔
