أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قال: حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ، قال: أَنْبَأَنَا شُعْبَةُ، ح وَأَنْبَأَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قال: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُدْرِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي زُرْعَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُجَيٍّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْعَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: لَا تَدْخُلُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ بَيْتًا فِيهِ صُورَةٌ وَلَا كَلْبٌ وَلَا جُنُبٌ .

Da`eef Narrator: It was narrated that Jabir رضی اللہ عنہ said:
حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ أَبِي السَّرِيِّ الْعَسْقَلَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفُ بْنُ تَمِيمٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ السَّرِيِّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ، قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: إِذَا لَعَنَ آخِرُ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ أَوَّلَهَا فَمَنْ كَتَمَ حَدِيثًا فَقَدْ كَتَمَ مَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ .

حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ، عَنْ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْمُعَاذَةَ الْعَدَوِيَّةِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ، قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد: وَزَادَ فِيهِ: فَنُؤْمَرُ بِقَضَاءِ الصَّوْمِ، وَلَا نُؤْمَرُ بِقَضَاءِ الصَّلَاةِ.

Sahih Narrator: It is narrated on the authority of 'Abdullah bin Amr bin al-'As رضی اللہ عنہ :
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْهَادِ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مِنَ الْكَبَائِرِ شَتْمُ الرَّجُلِ وَالِدَيْهِ» قَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، وَهَلْ يَشْتِمُ الرَّجُلُ وَالِدَيْهِ؟ قَالَ: «نَعَمْ يَسُبُّ أَبَا الرَّجُلِ فَيَسُبُّ أَبَاهُ، وَيَسُبُّ أُمَّهُ فَيَسُبُّ أُمَّهُ».

The Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) observed: Abusing one's parents is one of the major sins. They (the hearers) said: Messenger of Allah, does a man abuse his parents too? He (the Holy Prophet) replied: Yes, one abuses the father of another man, who in turn abuses his father. One abuses his mother and he in turn abuses his (the former's) mother.

رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا : ’’ آدمی کا اپنےوالدین کو گالی دینا کبیرہ گناہوں میں سے ہے ۔ ‘ ‘ ( صحابہ ) کہنے لگے : اے اللہ کے رسول ! کیا کوئی آدمی اپنے والدین کو گالی دیتا ہے ؟ فرمایا : ’’ہاں! انسان کسی کے باپ کوگالی دیتا ہے تو وہ ا س کے باپ کو گالی دیتا ہے ۔ جب یہ کسی کی ماں کو گالی دیتا ہے تو وہ اس کی ماں کو گالی دیتاہے ۔ ‘ ‘

أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ، قال: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُتَوَكِّلِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: إِذَا أَرَادَ أَحَدُكُمْ أَنْ يَعُودَ تَوَضَّأَ .

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْأَزْهَرِ، حَدَّثَنَا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ جَمِيلٍ، حَدَّثَنِي عُمَرَ بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: مَنْ سُئِلَ عَنْ عِلْمٍ فَكَتَمَهُ، أُلْجِمَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ بِلِجَامٍ مِنْ نَارٍ .

Sahih Narrator: Abdul Hamid bin Abdur Rahman reported from Miqsam, from Ibn Abbas رضی اللہ عنہما :
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي الْحَكَمُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي الَّذِي يَأْتِي امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ قَالَ " يَتَصَدَّقُ بِدِينَارٍ أَوْ نِصْفِ دِينَارٍ " . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ هَكَذَا الرِّوَايَةُ الصَّحِيحَةُ قَالَ " دِينَارٌ أَوْ نِصْفُ دِينَارٍ " . وَرُبَّمَا لَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ شُعْبَةُ .

From the prophet ﷺ, regarding the one who approaches his wife while she is menstruating. He said: "He should give one Dinar, in charity."
Abu Dawood said: This is how the correct wording for the narration is: "one Dinar or half a Dinar." And perhaps Shubah (a narrators in the chain) did not narrate it in a Marfu' form.

انہوں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے بیان کیا، جب کہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو اپنی بیوی سے صلہ رحمی کرنے والے کے بارے میں بیان کیا ہے۔ فرمایا:وہ ایک دینار یا آدھا دینار صدقہ کرتا ہے۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: یہ صحیح ہے، انہوں نے کہا: ایک دینار یا آدھا دینار۔ شاید شعبہ نے اسے نہیں اٹھایا۔

وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ دِينَارٍ، جَمِيعًا عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَمَّادٍ، قَالَ ابْنُ الْمُثَنَّى: حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبَانَ بْنِ تَغْلِبَ، عَنْ فُضَيْلٍ الْفُقَيْمِيِّ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ النَّخَعِيِّ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ مَنْ كَانَ فِي قَلْبِهِ مِثْقَالُ ذَرَّةٍ مِنْ كِبْرٍ» قَالَ رَجُلٌ: إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ يُحِبُّ أَنْ يَكُونَ ثَوْبُهُ حَسَنًا وَنَعْلُهُ حَسَنَةً، قَالَ: «إِنَّ اللهَ جَمِيلٌ يُحِبُّ الْجَمَالَ، الْكِبْرُ بَطَرُ الْحَقِّ، وَغَمْطُ النَّاسِ».

The Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ), observed: He who has in his heart the weight of a mustard seed of pride shall not enter Paradise. A person (amongst his hearers) said: Verily a person loves that his dress should be fine, and his shoes should be fine. He (the Holy Prophet) remarked: Verily, Allah is Graceful and He loves Grace. Pride is disdaining the truth (out of self-conceit) and contempt for the people.

قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد: وَكَذَا قَالَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ بُذَيْمَةَ: عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، مُرْسَلًا، وَرَوَى الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي مَالِكٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: آمُرُهُ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقَ بِخُمْسَيْ دِينَارٍ، وَهَذَا مُعْضَلٌ.

The Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم as saying; when a man has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating, he must give half a dinar in alms.
Abu Dawud said; Ali bin Budhaimah reported similarly on the authority of Miqsam from the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم. Al-Awza’I narrated from Yazid bin Abi Malik, from Abdul-Hamid bin Abdur-Rahman from the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم; He ordered him to give two fifth of a dinar in alms. But this is a chain where two narrators (Miqsam and Ibn Abbas) are missing.

حَدَّثَنَا مِنْجَابُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ التَّمِيمِيُّ، وَسُوَيْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، كِلَاهُمَا عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُسْهِرٍ، قَالَ مِنْجَابٌ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا يَدْخُلُ النَّارَ أَحَدٌ فِي قَلْبِهِ مِثْقَالُ حَبَّةِ خَرْدَلٍ مِنْ إِيمَانٍ، وَلَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ أَحَدٌ فِي قَلْبِهِ مِثْقَالُ حَبَّةِ خَرْدَلٍ مِنْ كِبْرِيَاءَ».

حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ خَالِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَوْهَبٍ الرَّمْلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ حَبِيبٍ مَوْلَى عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ نُدْبَةَ مَوْلَاةِ مَيْمُونَةَ، عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُبَاشِرُ الْمَرْأَةَ مِنْ نِسَائِهِ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ، إِذَا كَانَ عَلَيْهَا إِزَارٌ إِلَى أَنْصَافِ الْفَخِذَيْنِ أَوِ الرُّكْبَتَيْنِ تَحْتَجِزُ بِهِ .

The Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم would contact and embrace any of his wives while she was menstruating. She would wear the wrapper up to half the the thighs or cover her knees with it.
