When the Prophet wanted to relieve himself, he would not raise his garment until he was close to the ground. Abu Eisa said: This is how Muhammad bin Rabi'ah reported this hadith: "from Al-Amash, from Anas." Waki, and [Abu Yahya] Al-Himmani reported that Al-Amash said: "Ibn Umar, may Allah most high be pleased with him, said, when the prophet wanted to relieve himself, he would not raise until he was close to the ground.'" Both of the Ahadith are Mursal. They say that Al-Amash did not hear from Anas, nor any of the companions of the prophet. But he saw Anas bin Malik. He said, "I saw him prayer." And he mention something about him regarding the prayer. And Al-Amash's name is Sulaiman bin Mihran, Abu Muhammad Kahili, being their freed slave. Al-Amash said, "My father was a Hamil so he made Masruq an heir."

نبی اکرم صلی الله علیہ وسلم جب قضائے حاجت کا ارادہ فرماتے تو جب تک زمین سے بالکل قریب نہ ہو جاتے اپنے کپڑے نہیں اٹھاتے تھے۔ دوسری سند میں اعمش سے روایت ہے، ابن عمر رضی الله عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی الله علیہ وسلم جب قضائے حاجت کا ارادہ فرماتے کپڑے جب تک زمین سے قریب نہیں ہو جاتے نہیں اٹھاتے تھے ۱؎۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: یہ دونوں احادیث مرسل ہیں، اس لیے کہ کہا جاتا ہے: دونوں احادیث کے راوی سلیمان بن مہران الأعمش نے نہ ہی تو انس بن مالک رضی الله عنہ سے سماعت کی ہے اور نہ ہی کسی اور صحابی سے، صرف اتنا ہے کہ انس کو صرف انہوں نے دیکھا ہے، اعمش کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے انہیں نماز پڑھتے دیکھا ہے پھر ان کی نماز کی کیفیت بیان کی۔
