The prohibition of gathering or talking at the toilet
Narrator: It was narrated from Abu Sa`eed al-Khudri رضی اللہ عنہ that:
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ رَجَاءٍ، أَنْبَأَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ هِلَالِ بْنِ عِيَاضٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: لَا يَتَنَاجَى اثْنَانِ عَلَى غَائِطِهِمَا، يَنْظُرُ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا إِلَى عَوْرَةِ صَاحِبِهِ، فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يَمْقُتُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ .

The Messenger of Allah said: No two people should converse while relieving themselves, each of them looking at the private parts of the other, for Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, hates that. (Da'if) Other chains with similar wording.

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: قضائے حاجت کے وقت دو آدمی آپس میں کانا پھوسی نہ کریں کہ آپس میں ہر ایک دوسرے کی شرمگاہ دیکھ رہا ہو، اس لیے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ اس سے سخت ناراض ہوتا ہے ۔
