They had gone out with the Prophet to a meal to which they had been invited, and Husain was there playing in the street. The Prophet came in front of the people and stretched out his hands, and the child started to run here and there. The Prophet made him laugh until he caught him, then he put one hand under his chin and the other on his head and kissed him, and said, Husain رضی اللہ عنہ is part of me and I am part of him. May Allah love those who love Husain. Husain is a tribe among tribes. (Hasan)(Another chain with similar meaning)

ہم نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ کھانے کی ایک دعوت میں نکلے، دیکھا تو حسین رضی اللہ عنہ ) گلی میں کھیل رہے ہیں، نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم لوگوں سے آگے نکل گئے، اور اپنے دونوں ہاتھ پھیلا لیے، حسین رضی اللہ عنہ بچے تھے، ادھر ادھر بھاگنے لگے، اور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ان کو ہنسانے لگے، یہاں تک کہ ان کو پکڑ لیا، اور اپنا ایک ہاتھ ان کی ٹھوڑی کے نیچے اور دوسرا سر پر رکھ کر بوسہ لیا، اور فرمایا: حسین مجھ سے ہیں اور میں حسین سے ہوں، اللہ اس سے محبت رکھے جو حسین سے محبت رکھے، اور حسین نواسوں میں سے ایک نواسہ ہیں ۔
